APPOINTMENT POLICY UPDATE
Effective November 21st, 2019, in order to service all our clients in a timely and respectful manner, we have updated our booking, cancellation, late, and no-show policies.
To schedule an appointment, we require a card on file.
Due to the increase in complimentary consultation no shows, we require a card on file to schedule.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
You will be charged $50 if we do not receive a cancellation or rescheduling notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time or if you are a no show to your appointment. This is applicable to consultation appointments as well.
If you arrive 15+ minutes after your scheduled appointment start time, you may be asked to reschedule.
We do not accept insurance. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.
